Meet Your Coach

Hey  There!

I' m Krista

I began my career in St. Louis, Missouri in 1999, earning Rookie of the Year honors and quickly moving into leadership roles where my focus shifted from personal production to developing talent at scale.

As Director of Career Development and Training, I built recruiting and performance systems that consistently attracted, developed, and retained top talent across multiple brokerages.

In 2011, I joined Keller Williams and became part of the leadership team in 2012. As a former Team Leader, Productivity Coach, Director of Production, and investor in Keller Williams market centers, my work played a key role in the growth of real estate agents and the market centers I supported. I am known for driving performance through structure, accountability, and culture rather than hype.

In 2019, I joined MAPS Coaching, expanding my impact nationally and internationally. I coach elite real estate producers and coaches throughout the United States, Portugal, and Canada, and lead Productivity Summits, executive masterminds, and leadership training designed to produce measurable results.

I am recognized for my direct coaching style, strategic clarity, and ability to turn complexity into execution. My work centers on long-term growth, leadership development, and building businesses that scale with integrity.

With the proper mindset and accountability, over 90 days I built the muscle of consistency in my daily routine. I tracked my numbers consistently for ALL 90 days! So I wanted to talk for a second about Krista's questions. So when I started my 66 day challenge, I kind of thought it might have been a little silly, but as time went on, my questions got deeper and deeper, and I started realizing that I was changing how I was coaching, instead of telling and giving advice, I was starting to ask questions, and not only was I starting to ask questions, but I was starting to get deeper into the issue, and we were solving problems faster, because with the questions, you help them learn how to think for themselves, because if you don't have them think for themselves, then you're going to have a satellite with you for the rest of your life. You're going to make them dependent on you. So the more questions I ask, the more inquisitive I got with my coaching clients, and then we did these exercises on the group that actually caused me to think even deeper. So it has changed the way I coach exponentially, and it really is all because of these questions. So thank you, Krista, so much for changing the way I coach. I appreciate you. Applause.

Hey everyone. My name is Richard Chung, and I'm a rain maker here at KW in the Los Angeles County area. And I joined kW in early 2021 and later on that year, I began getting coached by maps coach Krista Staub. And I want to point out one thing that has helped me tremendously among the many other things that I've learned with Krista, and that's how to ask good questions. Now I know what you're thinking. We hear that all the time. Ask, Don't Tell you. Sell by asking questions all that sort I get it, but it didn't really hit until I started practicing and not just asking the surface level questions, but also learning how to dig deep with those questions, it has helped me tremendously as a listing agent, as a buyer's agent, as a recruiter, as a coach, and I would encourage you guys to take advantage of this opportunity we have on Friday mornings to join Krista and other agents from all over the country in Our PC development call. We meet every morning. We role play, questions, coaching, models, recruitment, and it's been such a huge learning experience of so much value for me and my business. I hope I see some of you guys there very, very soon, you won't regret it.
